Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the best suitable provider with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
The standard delivery time for Europe is between 4 and 5 working days.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Unwanted item (not opened)- If you change your mind but the item is not faulty you have 7 days to return the item. In this case we will not assume the delivery cost.
Faulty or item in bad condition - In case an item is in bad condition we require to communicate this as soon as possible with a photo of the item that is in a bad condition. We will proceed to a refund of that item. We always make sure the expire date of the products is not close to the reception of them. This clause doesn't include items you don't want because of their taste as this is a pure subjective opinion. We will not refund any product opened unless it is in bad condition
Not well described item - If you bought an item expecting a different one and this is because we haven't presented properly in our website we will proceed to a refund. You will have to demonstrate that the photo or description is not clear enough.
